ادغام مفهوم خدمات اکوسیستم و ارزش ها در برنامه ریزی استفاده از زمین

چکیده : بسیاری از تلاش‌ها در موضوع بالا، که اخیرا انجام شده‌است ادغام ارزش های خدمات اکوسیستم را در تصمیم گیری های مربوط به استفاده از زمین پیشنهاد کرده است . اما شواهد زیادی مبنی بر استفاده از چنین رویکردی در عمل وجود ندارد. هدف از تحقیق حاضر ارائه خلاصه‌ای از موانع در مسیر استفاده از ارزیابی خدمات اکوسیستمی و ارزش‌گذاری در مدیریت محیط است. به علاوه، چند راه‌حل برای دستیابی به یک چارچوب جامع و عملی پیشنهاد شده‌ است. هنگامی که موضوع به برنامه‌ریزی زمین مربوط می‌شود، نتایج باید جامع باشند تا مقایسه با دیگر گزینه‌ها را تسهیل کنند. یک رویکرد برای این هدف، اختصاص یک مجموعه قابل مدیریت از طریق روش‌های وزنی است. در اینجا راه استفاده از روش وزن گذاری در تصمیم‌گیری درباره استفاده از زمین مورد بررسی قرار گرفته و زمینه بالقوه توسعه پیشنهاد شده‌ است. علاوه بر این، تفاوت‌ها در الگوهای موجود استفاده شده بررسی می‌شوند، علت و پیامدهای این تفاوت‌ها مورد بحث قرار می‌گیرند، و ضرورت تفاوت‌های یافت‌شده بررسی می‌شود.

Many high-profile efforts conducted recently have proposed integrating ecosystem service values in the decisions made about land usage; however, there are not many evidences of using such approach in practice. The objective of the present study is to give an overview of the obstacles in the way of using ecosystem service assessment and valuation in managing the environment. In addition, a few solutions to achieve a comprehensive and practical framework are proposed. When it comes to land planning, the results should be comprehensive to facilitate comparison with other alternatives. One approach to this end is to aggregate the results to a manageable set through weighting methods. Here, the way of utilizing weighting method in making decisions about land usage is examined and potential areas of development are proposed.
