اصالت‌بخشی در استانبول

با تغییرات در نظم جهانی و اقتصادی و همچنین توسعه روابط تجاری خارجی ترکیه، شهرهای اصلی کشور وارد فرآیند تغییر در دهه ۱۹۸۰ شدند، که مهم‌ترین آن‌ها در محل و استفاده از برخی مناطق مسکونی استانبول بود. در حالی که این مناطق از گروه‌های با درآمد متوسط و بالا به حاشیه شهر کوچ کرده بودند، خانه‌های مسکونی در مناطق مسکونی قدیمی‌تر و بیشتر در حال تغییر دادن دست‌ها بوده‌اند. برخی ساختمان‌ها در نواحی مرکزی شهر بازسازی شده‌اند و در حال حاضر توسط افراد طبقات بالای اجتماعی، گروه‌های درآمدی، فرهنگ‌ها و سبک‌های زندگی مورد استفاده قرار می‌گیرند. این فرآیند به عنوان اصالت‌بخشی شناخته می‌شود. در این مطالعه، فرآیند اصالت‌بخشی و تاثیرات آن بر تعدادی از محله‌های مختلف در استانبول مورد بررسی قرار گرفت و پیشرفت‌های عمده در این فرآیند در تلاش برای درک چگونگی توسعه اصالت‌بخشی در شهری مانند استانبول، پایتخت بسیاری از امپراتوری ها در دوره‌های مختلف تاریخ، و خانه بسیاری از ملیت‌ها و فرهنگ‌های مختلف برجسته شد. این مطالعه اذعان دارد که عوامل سیاسی و همچنین عوامل اقتصادی بر محل مناطقی که در حال حاضر اصالت‌بخشی را تجربه

With changes in the political and economic world order as well as in the development of foreign commercial relations of Turkey, the country’s major cities entered a process of change during the 1980s, most notably in the location and use of some of the residential areas of Istanbul. While these areas of middle and high-income groups moved to the periphery of the city, the residences in the older and more central settlements have been frequently changing hands. Some buildings in the central areas of the city have been restored and are now used by people of upper social classes, income groups, cultures and lifestyles. This process is known as gentrification.
