اینترنت چیزها: ایجاد یک سیستم مدیریت دانش برای نوآوری باز و ظرفیت مدیریت دانش

تکنولوژی‌های آشوبگر جدید در زمینه اینترنت اشیا IoT)) به خصوص، در حال تغییر شیوه‌ای هستند که در آن دانش در داخل سازمان‌ها مدیریت می‌شود و خواستار یک سیستم مدیریت دانش جدید و مبتکرانه و یک رویکرد باز برای پرورش جریان دانش است. این الگو همچنین باید توسعه ظرفیت مدیریت دانش داخلی را افزایش دهد که به نوبه خود پیش‌نیاز نوآوری سازمانی است. در این زمینه، هدف اصلی این تحقیق بررسی رابطه بین سیستم مدیریت دانش، نوآوری باز، ظرفیت مدیریت دانش و ظرفیت نوآوری است. برای رسیدن به این هدف، از مدل‌سازی معادله ساختاری بر روی نمونه‌ای از ۲۹۸ شرکت ایتالیایی از بخش‌های مختلف استفاده می‌شود. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که سیستم مدیریت دانش ایجاد اکوسیستم‌های آزاد و مشارکتی و بهره‌برداری از جریان‌های داخلی و خارجی دانش را از طریق توسعه ظرفیت مدیریت دانش داخلی تسهیل می‌کند که به نوبه خود ظرفیت نوآوری را افزایش می‌دهد. این تحقیق، یافته‌های خود را برای شناسایی مفاهیم علمی و مدیریتی مهم، و تجویز جهت تحقیقات آینده، ترسیم می‌کند

New disruptive technologies in the context of the Internet of Things (IoT), especially, are changing the manner in which knowledge is managed within organizations, calling for a new and inventive knowledge management system and an open approach, to foster knowledge flows. This pattern expectedly should also enhance the development of internal knowledge management capacity, which in turn is a prerequisite of firm’s innovativeness. In this context, the main goal of this research is to investigate the relationship among knowledge management system, open innovation, knowledge management capacity and innovation capacity. To reach this goal, the research employs structural equation modelling on a sample of 298 Italian firms from different sectors.
