بررسی تاثیر عوامل محیطی بر توسعه پروژه نمک‌زدایی آب دریا

در سال‌های اخیر، شرایط ناهموار آب و هوایی منجر به بارش‌های غیر یکنواخت در تایوان شده‌است. توسعه منابع آبی سنتی اغلب از اعتراضات گروه‌های زیست‌ محیطی، مکان‌های بالقوه سد و عوامل دیگر رنج می‌برد. توسعه منابع جدید آب به طور فزاینده ای دشوار بوده است. نمک زدایی آب دریا دارای مزایای استفاده از زمان ساخت و ساز کوتاه و انعطاف پذیری انبساط آسان است و آن را به عنوان یک منبع آب جدید به عنوان جایگزین مهمی تبدیل می کند. در این مطالعه از پیشنهاد فعلی کارخانه نمک زدایی Tainan’sبه عنوان نمونه استفاده شده است. مصاحبه‌های کیفی و فرآیند طبقه‌بندی تحلیلی (‏AHP)‏ برای بررسی ارزیابی اثرات زیست‌ محیطی (‏EIA)‏ بر درک اثرات ناشی از توسعه پروژه نمک‌زدایی مورد استفاده قرار گرفتند. نتایج حاصل از مصاحبه کیفی نشان می دهد که نگرانی های اصلی اعضای EIA این است که آیا این توسعه می تواند به محیط اکولوژیکی دریایی و منابع شیلات آن آسیب برساند ، که ممکن است پیامدهای نامطلوب اقتصادی داشته باشد. نتایج AHP نشان می دهد که اولویت تأثیر امدادگران بر روی محیط زیست ، تأثیرات زیست محیطی ۳۶.۹ درصد ، تأثیرات اجتماعی ۲۹.۷ درصد ، تأثی

In recent years, extreme climate conditions have resulted in uneven precipitations in Taiwan. The development of traditional water resources frequently suffers from protests of environmental groups, potential dam sites being hard-to-find, and other factors. The development of new water sources has been increasingly difficult. Sea water desalination has the advantages of a short construction time and easy expansion flexibility, making it an important alternative as a new water resource. In this study, the current proposal of Tainan’s desalination plant was used as an example.
