تاثیر مرجع رفتاری بر رفتارهای زیست‌محیطی مسئولانه توریست‌ها

رفتار انسان نه تنها تحت‌تاثیر عوامل روانی فرد بلکه تحت تاثیر محیط پیرامون و رفتارهای دیگران قرار می‌گیرد. مطالعات موجود بر روی رفتارهای زیست‌محیطی گردشگری توریست‌ها تنها بر روی عوامل روان‌شناختی و محیطی گردشگران متمرکز هستند در حالی که نقش ارجاعی دیگر رفتارهای مردم و اشخاص را نادیده می‌گیرند. این مقاله با استفاده از روش تحلیل چند گروهی مدل‌سازی معادله ساختاری، تاثیر دیگر مرجع رفتاری مردم بر رفتارهای زیست‌محیطی گردشگران را مورد بررسی قرار می‌دهد. نتایج نشان می‌دهد: ۱) ‏نگرش گردشگران نسبت به رفتار زیست‌محیطی و هنجارهای ذهنی تاثیر مثبت و معناداری بر قصد رفتاری محیطی خود دارند، کنترل رفتاری درک شده تاثیر مثبت و معناداری بر روی قصد رفتاری محیطی و رفتارهای مسئولانه محیطی آن‌ها دارد. ۲)‏ مرجع رفتاری مقصد گردشگری نقش نظارتی مثبت در رابطه بین قصد رفتاری محیطی و رفتارهای مسئولانه محیطی دارد. بر این اساس، این مقاله اقدامات متقابل و پیشنهادهای مرتبط برای مدیریت کیفیت بالا و توسعه مقصدهای توریستی را پیشنهاد می‌کند.
