چکیده
تحقیق در مورد استفاده از ICT ها برای توسعه بین المللی یا اطلاعات و تکنولوژی ارتباطات جهت تحقیق توسعه محور (ICT 4D) دارای پیشینه ۳۰ ساله می باشد. هدف این مقاله بررسی زمینه تحقیقاتی ICT4D در این مقطع مهم تاریخی با توجه به گسترش روز افزون ICT ها و با توجه به وجود رشته های مختلف در این حوزه تحقیقاتی می باشد. این مقاله در ابتدا به بررسی رویکرد هایی در مورد تاریخچه این موضوع در سه بازه از اواسط دهه ۱۹۸۰ تا امروز می پردازد. سپس بحث های مختلف در مورد الگوی تحقیقاتی آینده شامل انتخاب موضوع، نقش تئوری، موضوعات روش شناسی و چند رشته ای، و اثر تحقیق به طور دقیق مورد ارزیابی قرار می گیرند. در ابتدا تحقیق ICT4D در حوزه آکادمیک سیستم های اطلاعاتی کار خود را آغاز کرده اما این طور نتیجه می گیرد که رویکرد آینده بستگی به تعامل چند رشته ای بین محققان، مجریان و سیاست گذاران دارد.
Abstract
The explosion in the number of smart, connected, and inherently insecure devices is shifting the security paradigm. While the Internet of Things technological shift will require clear
legal frameworks, alternative approaches also need to be developed. This article examines
the changing legal cybersecurity environment in the Internet of Things context. It discusses selected applicable international regulations as well as alternative approaches to
