دو دهه تحقیق درباره پذیرش، بهره‌برداری و موفقیت سیستم هوشمند تجاری – بازبینی متون سیستماتیک

در عصر جدید پیشرفت فن‌آوری و رقابت بیش از حد، سیستم‌های هوش تجاری (BI) ‏توجه قابل‌توجهی را از جانب مدیران و تصمیم گیرندگان به دلیل توانایی آن‌ها در ارائه ی ورودی‌های اطلاعاتی پیچیده و رقابتی برای فرآیند تصمیم‌گیری، جلب کرده‌اند. بعد از تمارین جهانی، تحقیق در مورد پذیرش، بهره‌برداری و موفقیت سیستم‌های BI در طول دو دهه گذشته به طور قابل‌توجهی افزایش‌یافته است. این مقاله نشان می‌دهد که سازمان‌ها تا حد زیادی نتوانسته اند مزایای سیستم‌های BI را به میزان کامل خود ثبت کنند و به دنبال راه‌هایی برای بهره‌برداری از ارزش و فواید سیستم‌های اجرایی هستند. با این حال، مطالعات قبلی هیچ مطالعه جامعی در مورد مسائل و چالش‌های مربوط به پذیرش، بهره‌برداری و موفقیت سیستم‌های BI ندارند. در این مطالعه، با استفاده از مرور متون و تحقیقات سیستماتیک، دانش جامعی را در مورد آنچه که در حوزه پذیرش، بهره‌برداری و موفقیت سیستم BI پیدا شده‌است ارائه می‌کنیم. تعداد ۱۱۱ مطالعه مرور شده، پوشش سه مقوله اقتباس، استفاده و موفقیت چاپ این مطالب را پوشش می‌دهد.

In the recent era of technological advances and hyper-competition, business intelligence (BI) systems have attracted significant attention from executives and decision makers due to their ability to provide complex and competitive information inputs for the decision process. Following the world of practice, research into the adoption, utilization and success of BI systems has grown substantially over the past two decades. The literature suggests that organizations have largely failed to capture the benefits of BI systems to their full extent and are seeking ways to leverage value from the implemented systems. However, prior studies do not have any comprehensive study that discusses the issues and challenges related to adoption, utilization and success of BI systems. In this study, using a systematic literature review, we present comprehensive knowledge about what has been found in the domain of BI system adoption, utilization and success.
