It is because implementing VoIP has many benefits for them to support their communication system. However, implementing VoIP to support organization communication system is not always helping their organizational activities. In many cases, implementing VoIP is disturbing the communication process. Usually, it is because security threat that affects the quality of services provided by VoIP system. The solution for that security problem is building a VoIP security system that considers the QoS of VoIP services.
