طراحی فرآیند کسب‌وکار بر محور سیستم‌های برنامه‌ریزی منابع سازمانی (ERP)،برای شرکت‌های کوچک و متوسط

در چند سال اخیر، بسیاری از سازمان‌ها از مدل‌سازی فرآیند کسب‌وکار به عنوان ابزاری موثر برای مدیریت تغییرات سازمانی، استفاده کرده‌اند. با این حال، مدل‌سازی فرآیند به ندرت برای حمایت از کل چرخه‌ی عمر مدیریت فرآیند کسب‌وکار ،مورد استفاده قرار می‌گیرد. این شامل طراحی فرآیندهای تجاری و نیز اجرا و کنترل آن‌ها می‌شود. پذیرش و اجرای سیستم‌های برنامه‌ریزی منابع سازمانی (ERP) ،یک مساله بسیار مهم در صورت ارجاع به شرکت‌های کوچک و متوسط است. مشکل اصلی این است که هزینه اجرای ERP، به عنوان فرآیند تغییر سیستم ERP به سوی فرآیندهای تجارت کسب‌وکار واقعی، بر هزینه اکتساب ERP تاثیر می‌گذارد. بنابراین نیاز به استفاده از یک سیستم گردش کار یکسان برای هر دو مدل سازی فرآیندهای کسب و کار شرکت و طراحی ERP وجود دارد. این مقاله نتایج یک پروژه مشترک بین دانشگاه و صنعت را با هدف توسعه یک رویکرد یکپارچه مدیریت فرآیند کسب‌وکار به طراحی، اجرا و کنترل یک سیستم اطلاعات ERP نشان می‌دهد.

In the last few years, many organizations have used business process modelling as an effective tool for managing organizational changes. However, process modelling has rarely been exploited for supporting the entire business process management life cycle. This includes the design of business processes as well as their implementation and control. The adoption and implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is a crucial issue if referred to small and medium-sized enterprises. The main problem is that the cost of implementation of ERP, intended as the process of customization of the ERP system towards the actual enterprise business processes, overtakes the cost of ERP acquisition. Thus, there is a need to use the same workflow systems for both modelling the enterprise business processes and designing the ERP.
