فواید مداخله هیپنوتیزم در جراحی سرطان پستان و درمان کمکی

سابقه و هدف: در انکولوژی، از هیپنوتیزم برای تسکین درد در بیماران متاستاتیک استفاده می‌شود اما به ندرت برای القای بی‌هوشی استفاده می‌شود. مواد و روش: بین ژانویه ۲۰۱۰ تا اکتبر ۲۰۱۵، ۳۰۰ بیمار از کلینیک پستان ما (‏دانشگاه کلینیکز سنت لوک، دانشگاه لوون)‏در یک مطالعه مشاهده‌ای و غیر تصادفی مورد تایید کمیته اخلاق محلی ما قرار گرفتند. فرضیه مطالعه ما این بود که مداخله هیپنوتیزم می‌تواند عوارض جانبی جراحی پستان را کاهش دهد. ۱۵۰ بیمار پیوسته تحت بیهوشی عمومی (گروه اول) تحت عمل جراحی سینه قرار گرفتند ، و ۱۵۰ بیمار پیاپی تحت عمل جراحی آرامبخشی (گروه دوم) تحت عمل جراحی مشابه قرار گرفتند. بعد از جراحی، در هر گروه، ۳۲ بیمار شیمی‌درمانی و پرتو درمانی برای ۱۲۳ بیمار انجام شد، و ۱۱۵ بیمار تحت درمان غدد درون‌ریز قرار گرفتند.

BackgroundIn oncology, hypnosis has been used for pain relief in metastatic patients but rarely for induction of anesthesia.Material and methodBetween January 2010 and October 2015, 300 patients from our Breast Clinic (Cliniques universitaires Saint-Luc, Université catholique de Louvain) were included in an observational, non-randomized study approved by our local ethics committee (ClinicalTrials.gov – NCT03003611).
