مدل‌سازی ریسک عدم قطعیت برای زنجیره تامین بدنه اتوبوس با استفاده از فرآیند AHP و AHP فازی

این مقاله مدل‌سازی مدیریت ریسک عدم قطعیت برای زنجیره تامین بدنه اتوبوس را هدف قرار می‌دهد که شرکت اصلی دستورها را به پیمانکاران فرعی و تامین کنندگان می‌دهد. صنعت خودرو با تولید زنجیره‌های تامین آشنایی دارد، زیرا بخش زیادی از این صنعت در زمان کوتاهی تولید خواهد شد. شرکت‌های تولید بدنه اتوبوس به عنوان یک زنجیره تامین در تایلند انجام می‌شوند. با این حال، ریسک عدم قطعیت زمانی رخ می‌دهد که شرکت‌های مختلف برای ایجاد یک محصول و به اشتراک گذاری سود با یکدیگر همکاری کنند. روش AHP و FHAP مبتنی بر مفهوم مدل SCOR در مرز مدیریت ریسک شامل ۵ مولفه است. برنامه‌ریزی، منبع، تحویل، ساخت و بازگشت. مطالعه تجربی توسط ۶ شرکت بررسی شده‌است.

This paper purposes the uncertain risk management modelling for the bus body manufacturing supply chain which the principle company releases orders to the sub-contractors and suppliers. Automotive industries is familiar with supply chain production because of there are a lot of part to be produced in short time. Bus body manufacturing companies are performed as a supply chain in Thailand. However, uncertain risk can occur when different companies cooperate for making same products and sharing profits. AHP and FAHP methodology is adopted based on the concept of SCOR model in the boundary of risk management including 5 components; Plan, Source, Delivery, Make and Return. The empirical study has studied by the 6 companies.
