مدیریت پویای ۴D برای برنامه ریزی ساخت و بهره برداری از منابع

امروزه، نیاز به یاری گرفتن از کامپیوتر در مدیریت و برنامه ریزی موثرتر، بیشتر شده است. در این مقاله، مدل ۴D ما، مدل مدیریت سایت ۴D+(4DSMM+)، تشریح می شود، مدلی که حین تلاش برای نشان دادن نیاز به مرتبط سازی داده های برنامه ریزی به مدل ساخت گرافیکی رایانه ای ۳D ایجاد شد، که به برنامه ریزان اجازه خواهد داد شبیه سازی های گرافیکی فرآیند ساخت را اجرا کنند. درمقایسه با مدل های ۴D دیگر و تحقیق قدیمی ما، مدل کنونی فن آوری ۴D را، علاوه بر برنامه ریزی ساخت سازه، در زمینه های مدیریت منابع و بهره برداری از فضای سایت گسترش می دهد. پلتفرم جدید سیستم اطلاعات، مدیریت ۴D برای برنامه ریزی ساخت و بهره برداری از منابع (۴D-MCPRU)، در این تحقیق ایجاد شده است، تا مدل ۴DSMM+ اجرا شود، که مدیریت پویای منابع در سطح پروژه و حمایت تصمیم گیرانه، را با ویژگی های دیگر یکپارچه می کند. این تحقیق ویژگی های مدل های تازه تعمیم یافته را مورد بحث قرار داده و تکنیک های بنیادین مورد نیاز برای بکارگیری مدل در مدیریت ساخت را تشریح می کند.

The requirements, nowadays, for more effective planning and management assistance from computer have become even more demanding. In this paper, our 4D model, 4D Site Management Model+ (4DSMM+), is described, a model developed in an attempt to address the requirement for linking scheduling data to a 3D computer graphics building model, which will allow planners to perform graphic simulations of the construction process. Compared to other 4D models and our earlier research, the current model extends 4D technology into the areas of resource management and site space utilization, in addition to the planning of building construction. A new information system platform, 4D Management for Construction Planning and Resource Utilization (4D-MCPRU), has been developed in this research, in order to implement the model 4DSMM+, which integrates dynamic resource management at the project level and decision-making support with the other features.
