مطالعه تنوع ژنتیکی با استفاده از مارکرهای ژنتیک مولکولی

خصوصیات فنوتیپی دام از طریق تغییرات ژنتیکی همراه با تغییرات محیطی حیوانات تعیین می¬شود. در گذشته، طبقه بندی نژاد به خصوصیات مورفولوژیکی برای شناسایی نژاد بستگی داشت. اما در سال¬های اخیر، مارکرهای ژنتیکی زیادی برای شناسایی نژادهای مختلف و افراد حیوانات بررسی شده است. این مارکرهای ژنتیک مولکولی می¬توانند برای ارزیابی تنوع ژنتیکی و نیز شناسایی و ردیابی گونه¬ها استفاده شوند. اخیرا، یک روش توالی¬یابی دقیق و سریع، وجود انواعی از مارکرهای ژنتیکی را در کل ژنوم تایید کرده است. بنابراین، مارکرهای پیشرفته¬ی SNP و فناوری در حال گسترش SNP array به سرعت در حال جایگزین شدن به جای آنالیز تنوع ژنتیکی با مارکرهای ریزماهواره هستند. بنابراین، این مقاله¬ی مروری به بررسی اطلاعات اساسی در توسعه¬ی مارکرهای ژنتیک مولکولی و استفاده از آنها برای مطالعات تنوع ژنتیکی در دام¬ها می¬پردازد.

The phenotype traits of livestock are determined by the genetic variation with environmental variation of individual
animals. In the past, the classification of breed was depending on morphological characteristics to identify breed.
However, in recent years, various genetic markers can be analyzed to identify different breeds and individual
animals. These molecular genetic markers can be used to assess the genetic diversity as well as tracking the species
origin and identification. Recently, a genome sequencing technology can be rapidly and accurately confirmed the
various type of genetic markers in the entire genome area. Of these, developed SNP markers and the rapidly
evolving SNP array technology are increasingly replacing genetic diversity analysis using microsatellite markers.
Therefore, this review discussed the basic information for developing various molecular genetic markers and their
use in genetic diversity studies of livestock animals.
