مهار تاثیر سازگاری سازمانی بر تلاش‌های مدیریت زنجیره تامین سبز برای افزایش عملکرد سازمانی از طریق قابلیت‌های فن‌آوری اطلاعات

این مطالعه به دنبال شناسایی تاثیر سازگاری سازمانی بر تلاش‌های مدیریت زنجیره تامین سبز (‏GSCM)‏و برآورد تاثیر آن‌ها بر عملکرد سازمانی است. این مطالعه همچنین به بررسی تاثیر واسطه‌ای قابلیت‌های فن‌آوری اطلاعات (‏IT)‏در ارتباط بین تلاش‌های GSMC و عملکرد سازمانی (‏عملکردی، و عملکرد محیطی)‏می‌پردازد. نویسندگان داده‌ها را به صورت آنلاین جمع‌آوری کردند تا ۳۷۰ پاسخ موثر را بررسی کنند و فرضیه تحقیق را تایید کنند. نتایج نشان می‌دهد که سازگاری سازمانی (‏تکنولوژیکی، عملیاتی، و فرهنگی)‏به طور مثبت تلاش‌های GSCM را ارتقا می‌دهد و به گسترش تیوری قابلیت پویا در زمینه قابلیت‌های فن‌آوری اطلاعات کمک می‌کند. همچنین نتایج نشان می‌دهد که قابلیت‌های IT یک میانجی کلیدی هستند که ارتباط بین تلاش‌های GSCM و عملکرد سازمانی را تحت‌تاثیر قرار می‌دهند. این یافته‌ها نشریات‌علمی موجود در مورد تلاش‌های GSCM را گسترش و بهبود می‌دهند و دیدگاه جدیدی را برای محققان فراهم می‌کنند که از آن برای مطالعه بیشتر این مفهوم استفاده می‌کنند.
