یکپارچگی GIS، AHP و TOPSIS در ارزیابی مکان‌های مناسب برای توسعه صنعتی: موردی از منطقه Tehri Garhwal، اوتاراکند، هند

ثبات در جمعیت‌شناسی و اقتصاد یک منطقه می‌تواند با ایجاد فرصت‌های شغلی با در نظر گرفتن منابع موجود محلی، بهترین ابتکار برای اطمینان و حفظ توسعه پایدار باشد. هدف از مطالعه حاضر شناسایی مکان‌های مناسب برای استفاده صنعتی کشاورزی در منطقه Tehri Garhwal از ایالت اوتاراکند هند است. سیستم اطلاعات جغرافیایی GIS به عنوان یک ابزار موثر برای شناسایی و نظارت بر تغییرات رخ داده در یک منطقه خاص و تاثیر مرتبط با آن بر اکوسیستم‌ها عمل می‌کند. تکنیک‌های تصمیم‌گیری چند معیاره (‏MCDM)‏مانند فرآیند سلسله مراتبی تحلیلی (‏AHP)‏و تکنیک ارجاع سفارش با تشابه با راه‌حل ایده‌آل (‏TOPSIS)‏، ساختاری و جفتی، و مقایسه بین عناصر، و معیارهای رتبه‌بندی اولویت برای اهداف صنعتی را فراهم می‌کند. ویژگی‌های توپوگرافی، ویژگی‌های خاک، اتصال، استقرار، منابع طبیعی و محدودیت‌های آن‌ها، در دسترس بودن مواد خام، نیروی کار، محل زمین‌های بایر، آب و هوا و نزدیکی به مراکز اصلی عملکردی از جمله پارامترهایی هستند که در این مطالعه مورد بررسی قرار گرفته‌اند. نظرات متخصصین در تعیین وزن پارامترها مورد مشورت قرار گرفت و سپس نقشه تناسب اراضی صنع
