یک رویکرد BSC-ANP به حمایت از تصمیم گیری برون سپاری سازمان – مطالعه موردی

برون سپاری به عنوان یک عمل استاندارد در میان صنایع معدنی در سراسر جهان به منظور رویارویی با چالش‌های رقابتی، محبوبیت پیدا کرده‌است. مزایا و پیشرفت برون سپاری را می توان تنها با در نظر گرفتن نگرانی‌های کوتاه‌مدت و بلند مدت مرتبط با چنین تصمیم کسب‌وکار درک کرد. مطالعه حاضر یک رویکرد یکپارچه BSC – ANP (فرایند شبکه های تحلیلی امتیازی متوازن)را برای انتخاب بهترین استراتژی برون سپاری (درون سپاری، برون سپاری، و اتحاد استراتژیک)برای فعالیت‌های عملیاتی سازمان استخراج ذغال‌سنگ در هند پیشنهاد می‌کند. در اینجا از BSC برای درک تاثیر تصمیم برون سپاری بر عملکرد کسب‌وکار از طریق ابعاد استراتژیک و مالی آن استفاده می‌شود. در حالی که ANP به بررسی اثر متقابل شاخص های BSC می پردازد، وزن ها را تعیین می کند، آنها را اولویت بندی می کند و بهترین گزینه جایگزین را تعیین می کند. اگر چه مقالات زیادی وجود دارند که مزایای رویکرد BSC – ANP را توضیح می‌دهند، کاربرد چنین مفهومی در بخش معدن به ندرت مورد توجه قرار گرفته‌است.

Outsourcing has been gaining popularity as a standard practice among the mining industries around the globe to meet the competitive challenges. Benefits and the advancements of outsourcing can be only realized considering the short-term as well as long-term concerns associated with such a business decision. The present study proposes an integrated BSC-ANP (balanced scorecard-analytic network process) approach for selection of the best outsourcing strategy (insourcing, outsourcing, and strategic alliance) for operational activities of the coal mining organization in India. Here BSC is applied to understand the impact of outsourcing decision on business performance through its strategic and financial dimensions. Whereas ANP takes into consideration the interaction effect of the BSC indicators, assigns weights, prioritizes them, and determines the best outsourcing alternative.
