یک سیستم طبقه‌بندی خودکار برای قارچ دکمه‌ای سفید جدید براساس پردازش تصویر

قارچ دکمه‌ای سفید که یکی از رایج‌ترین و گسترده‌ترین قارچ در سراسر جهان است، نیاز به درجه‌بندی قبل از ورود به بازار دارد. قطر عامل مهمی است که قیمت فروش را تحت‌تاثیر قرار می‌دهد. هدف از این مطالعه ایجاد یک سیستم طبقه‌بندی خودکار برای قارچ دکمه‌ای سفید تازه براساس پردازش تصویر مطابق با قطر پیلائوس است. اول، یک سیستم سخت‌افزاری مرتب‌سازی خودکار طراحی شده‌است که شامل یک مکانیسم انتقال، یک سیستم کسب تصویر، ماژول کنترل و عملگر است. دوم، ما یک الگوریتم تصویری مبتنی بر روش حوزه آبخیز، عملگر Canny، عملیات یا عملیات را ارایه می‌کنیم و عملکرد بسته را برای تعیین قطر پیلائوس قارچ دکمه‌ای سفید تازه ارایه می‌کنیم. این الگوریتم تاثیر سایه و دمبرگ را روی تصویر حذف می‌کند. سوم، یک استراتژی کنترلی دقیق براساس سرعت نقاله، فاصله بین ماشه و قطعه فلاپ، زمان راه‌اندازی و زمان پردازش الگوریتم معرفی می‌شود. در نهایت، ما نرم‌افزار تحلیل و کنترل را براساس OpenCV ۲.۴.۱۰ و ویژوال استودیو ۲۰۱۰ ارایه می‌کنیم. در بخش تجربی، یک سیستم نمونه اولیه برای اعتبار سنجی و قابلیت اطمینان ان با درجه‌بندی عملکرد و نتایج آزمایش شد

White button mushrooms, one of the most commonly and widely consumed mushrooms worldwide, require grading before entering the market. The diameter of the pileus is an important factor that affects the selling price. The aim of this study is to develop an automatic sorting system for fresh white button mushrooms based on image processing according to the pileus diameter. First, an automatic sorting hardware system is designed that consists of a conveying mechanism, an image acquisition system, a control module and an actuator. Second, we present an image algorithm based on the watershed method, Canny operator, OR operation, and closed operation to determine the pileus diameter of fresh white button mushrooms. The algorithm eliminates the influence of the shadow and petiole on the image. Third, a precise control strategy is introduced based on the conveyor speed, distance between the trigger and the flap piece, trigger time and algorithm processing time.
