یک چارچوب مفهومی برای پیاده سازی برنامه های کاربردی در شرکت های کوچک و متوسط (SME)

این تحقیق در زمینه پیاده سازی برنامه های کاربردی آماده برای استفاده در SME ها است. هدف توسعه توصیف فرآیند پیاده سازی، شناسایی عاملان دخیل و ایجاد عواملی است که موفقیت کل فرآیند و برخی از مولفه‌های آن را تحت‌تاثیر قرار می‌دهند. فاز آغازین تحقیق عمدتا مبتنی بر مرور ادبیات است. چارچوب فن‌آوری – سازمان – محیط (TOE)برای طبقه‌بندی عوامل تاثیرگذار قبلی از ادبیات استفاده شد. مدل فرایند در حال ظهور شامل سهم چندین نویسنده است و شامل سه مرحله است که بعدا به چهارده مرحله تقسیم می شوند: قبل از پیاده سازی، پیاده سازی و بعد از پیاده سازی. کار شرح‌داده‌شده در این مقاله مربوط به مرحله تحقیقاتی است که هدف آن درک فرآیند پیاده سازی و مشکلات عمده آن در SME هاست. مرحله زیر منجر به توسعه راه‌حل‌هایی خواهد شد که به این مشکلات رسیدگی خواهند کرد. این مقاله با نگاهی کلی به کارهای انجام‌شده در آینده به پایان می‌رسد

This research addresses the implantation of ready-to-use enterprise applications in SMEs. The objective is to develop a description of the implantation process, identifying the actors involved and establishing the factors that affect the success of the whole process and of some of its components. The inceptive phase of the research is mainly based on a literature review. The Technology-Organization-Environment (TOE) framework was used to classify the influence factors already from the literature. The emerging process model combines contributions from several authors and it encompasses three phases, later sub-divided in fourteen stages: Pre-Implantation, Implantation and Post-Implantation. The work described in this article corresponds to a research phase that aims at understanding the implantation process and its major problems, in SMEs.
